With eight years of training and experience in the UK, Dr. Sitharam K have specialized in various areas of psychiatry, including general adult psychiatry, old age psychiatry, learning disability psychiatry, addiction psychiatry, and child and adolescent psychiatry. Since returning to India in August 2008, He have served as a consultant at Apollo Specialty and Venkateswara Hospital in Chennai.
Additionally, Dr. Sitharam K worked as a panel psychiatrist for U.S. immigration applicants at Apollo Heart Centre for approximately five years until 2015. His clinical expertise encompasses the treatment of depression, mania, psychosis (including schizophrenia), anxiety disorders, sleep disorders, emotional and behavioral issues in children and adolescents, dementias, substance abuse, and stress-related conditions.
