Dr. Vishal Dutt Gour serves as a Consultant Urologist and Male Fertility Specialist at SCI International Hospital. He completed his medical degree at Seth GS Medical College and KEM Hospital in Mumbai, followed by specialized training in General Surgery and Urology at B J Medical College and Civil Hospital in Ahmedabad. Dr. Gour was honored with the Shri Dhirajlal Desai Medal for achieving the top position in M.Ch (Urology). His practice focuses on male fertility issues, and he is skilled in performing surgical sperm retrieval techniques such as TESA and PESA when required.
Additionally, he collaborates with the administrative and accounting teams at SCI Hospital. With 15 years of experience in private practice, Dr. Gour has developed expertise in urethral reconstruction, penile surgeries, cosmetic urological procedures, and addressing erectile and sexual health concerns for both men and women. He has successfully completed over 400 endourological procedures, including Trans Urethral Resection, Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy, Ureteroscopy, and Urethral Valve Fulguration. Dr. Vishal Gour has independently performed more than 5,000 ultrasound examinations of the genitourinary system and has conducted over 200 percutaneous nephrostomy insertions under ultrasound guidance. He has also carried out more than 200 Urodynamic Studies and several Extracorporeal Lithotripsies. His areas of expertise include male infertility, laparoscopic urology, and uro-oncology.
