Dr. Vijay Mehtry

Dr. Vijay Mehtry obtained his MBBS degree from the renowned Mysore Medical College and pursued MD in Psychiatry from the esteemed Central Institute of Psychiatry, a leading institute and referral center for Psychiatry. He has undergone comprehensive training in various domains of Psychiatry, with a particular focus on neuro-psychiatric aspects of epilepsy, dementia, and headache. Dr. Mehtry possesses proficient knowledge in EEG, polysomnography, and rTMS. Furthermore, he has served as a Senior Resident at the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS) in Bangalore. He strongly advocates for the balanced utilization of bio-psycho-sociological approaches in the treatment of diverse psychiatric conditions.
